VIDEO, DVD, & BOOK LIBRARY

I.B.M. Ring 250, the Presto-Digitators, maintains a video, DVD, and book library for the use of all members in good standing. Videos, DVD's, and books may be checked out of the library through the Presto-Digitators website: http://www.prestodigitators.com, or by contacting the person(s) listed who is acting as our librarian(s). The I.B.M. Ring 250 officers approved the following requirements on December 12, 1998 (revised April 6, 2004 and August 11, 2009).

1. Only members who have paid their dues for the current year may check out videos, DVD's, and/or books.
2. All videos, DVD's, and books will be in the custody of the I.B.M. Ring 250 president, or approved delegate(s), when not on loan.
3. All videos, DVD's, and/or books will be signed out by the member who is responsible for videos and/or books until returned.
4. The maximum number of videos, DVD's, and/or books checked out to a member at any time shall be four.
5. The maximum loan period shall be four weeks.
6. I.B.M. Ring 250 officers may establish a penalty regarding the future restrictions for borrowing videos, DVD's, and/or books for any member who exceeds the loan period without prior notification.
7. If a video or DVD is returned damaged, the member shall provide a blank videotape or DVD of equal or greater value and shall be charged a $10.00 re-recording fee.
8. If a book is returned damaged, the member will be assesseed the cost to replace/repair the book.
